Fees and FAQ's
My rate is $120 per session. I offer a couple of sliding-scale spots for clients who may have financial barriers to treatment. Please reach out to me directly.
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance. I am happy to provide a superbill for you to seek your own reimbursement.
What is your cancellation policy?
I kindly ask that you do your best to cancel 24 hours before our appointment. Not cancelling 24 hours prior will result in being charged the full fee for the session. That being said, I know life happens and understand if there is an emergency or illness.
Whats the first session like?
Prior to our first session, we will have a 15-minute consultation call to make sure we are a good fit. Then, I will send over some intake papers for you to complete before our first session. Finally, at our first session will go over some general housekeeping items (making sure all the paperwork is done, confidentiality, etc.) and then get into some history taking (aka getting to know you) and learn more about what you came to therapy for.
