Fees and FAQ's

I do not accept insurance. I am self-pay and my rate is $150 per 53 minute session.

I kindly ask that you do your best to cancel through email or text 24 hours before our appointment. Not cancelling 24 hours prior will result in being charged the full fee for the session.

Prior to our first session, we will have a 15-minute consultation call to make sure we are a good fit. Then, I will send over some intake papers for you to complete before our first session. Finally, at our first session will go over some general housekeeping items (making sure all the paperwork is done, confidentiality, etc.) and then get into some history taking (aka getting to know you) and learn more about what you came to therapy for.
