Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
ERP is the gold standard treatment for OCD and anxiety. Together, we will gradually face the thoughts and situations that feel overwhelming, while resisting the urge to engage in compulsions. It's hard work - and it's also the most effective path to freedom from OCD.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you identify and shift the thought patterns and behaviors that are keeping you stuck. I use CBT to treat anxiety and depression, helping you build a more balanced and grounded relationship with your own mind.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based treatment for trauma. Rather than talking through painful memories in detail, EMDR helps your brain process and refile those experiences so they no longer hold the same charge.
My Approach
I became a therapist because of my own story. I was struggling with OCD and anxiety. It was absolutely debilitating.
I didn't understand what OCD was, and I spent a long time not knowing why my brain felt the way it did. I know how hard it is when your mind just won't turn off - and how isolating it feels when you can't find someone who truly gets it. That experience is exactly why I do this work.
I want to be that therapist for others - the one who not only understands what you're going through, but knows how to actually help. Whether you're struggling with OCD, anxiety, depression, or trauma, you deserve care that meets you where you are and gives you real tools to move forward.
I believe therapy should be collaborative and honest. My job is not to keep you coming back forever - it's to give you real tools and help you build a life that feels like yours again.
